Thaisa Uchoas

Specialised Massage & Scar Therapy

My work is centred on supporting you through every stage of life, with a special focus on the motherhood journey. I offer specialised prenatal and postnatal massage, alongside ScarWork therapy for injury or post-operation scars such as caesarean section, supporting recovery, easing discomfort, and helping you reconnect with your body after birth.

While this is a key focus of my practice, I warmly welcome both men and women for a range of treatments, including therapeutic massage, deep tissue work and sports massage.

Each session begins with a thoughtful check-in to understand how you’re feeling and what your body needs that day. Treatments are carefully tailored to be specific, effective, and responsive to you.

We review progress over time so we can notice meaningful improvements in comfort, mobility, and overall wellbeing. Whether you’re looking for nurturing support during pregnancy, postnatal recovery, scar therapy, or relief from physical tension, every treatment is designed with care to support your body and your wellbeing.

I look forward to welcoming and supporting you.

Listening is at the heart of my practice — both in massage and in community. I hold space for your body and your story, helping you release tension, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself.
