More about me and my purpose…
Hi, I’m Thaisa — a massage practitioner, mother, and community builder who’s walked many of the paths my clients are on. My journey includes IVF, giving birth to my son during the height of the pandemic, living with hEDS and ADHD, and navigating the quiet transformations that come with motherhood and leaving a corporate career.
These experiences taught me how vital it is to feel held — not just physically, but emotionally and socially. They reminded me that healing isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity. That’s why I created this space: not just to offer massage, but to foster connection, belonging, and care that truly sees you.
Whether you're a parent, non-birthing partner, carer, or simply finding your way — you’re welcome here. This is a space for rest, renewal, and reconnection. A place where diversity isn’t just embraced, but honoured. You don’t need to explain yourself. You get to show up as you are.
This work is deeply personal. It grew out of my own need for support — not just physical, but emotional and human. During my fertility journey, and especially while pregnant with my son during the isolation of the pandemic, I often felt alone. With only my partner by my side and the world shut down, the weight of stress, anxiety, and the physical challenges of a hypermobile body felt overwhelming.
But one thing made a profound difference: massage therapy with the right practitioner. She didn’t just ease the aches and pains — she helped me feel emotionally held. It was a rare and sacred space where I could just be, without needing to explain or perform. That experience stayed with me. It was a lifeline — and it shaped how I now hold space for others.
I created this practice not just to offer massage, but to build something deeper: a community rooted in empathy and connection, where care is inclusive and people are met exactly as they are. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, parenting, grief, identity shifts, or simply seeking space to reconnect with yourself — you’re welcome here.
And because care should be accessible, I offer ways to connect both in-person and online — so no matter where you are, you don’t have to walk through this alone.
Because healing is possible. And we all deserve spaces that remind us we’re not just surviving — we’re still becoming.
