Thoughtful, individualised bodywork
No two bodies are the same — and I don't believe treatments should be either.
My approach combines professional training with lived experience. As an active mother navigating symptomatic hypermobility myself, I understand how complex and changeable our bodies can be, and how important it is to feel genuinely listened to when seeking support.
I welcome all bodies, with a particular focus on supporting the motherhood journey through specialist prenatal and postnatal massage. I also offer ScarWork therapy for scars following surgery, operations and accidents, alongside therapeutic, deep tissue and sports massage.
Whatever brings you to the treatment room, the starting point is always you.
We begin each session by discussing your symptoms, how your body has been feeling and what you need that day. Rather than following a set routine, I tailor your treatment in response to you — bringing together the techniques and approach I feel will best support your body.
And that care continues beyond the treatment room.
I follow up to understand how your body has responded, allowing us to learn from each session and thoughtfully shape the next. It means your treatment can evolve with you rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Whether you're navigating motherhood, living with hypermobility, seeking support for a scar, managing ongoing tension or simply wanting to feel more comfortable in your body, you'll find a space where you can feel heard, cared for and treated as an individual.
I look forward to welcoming you.

Listening is at the heart of my practice — both in massage and in community. I hold space for your body and your story, helping you release tension, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself.
